Can I somehow re-trust an enterprise app without having the Configuration Profile?

I Downloaded an Enterprise app and while it downloaded it also put the configuration profile into my settings. The app then finished downloading and I went into settings and trusted it on the profile, but later on the app stopped working saying I need to verify it with a network connection so I went back into the profile to verify it but it said I didn't have an internet connection (which I did) so I decided to delete the app and just reinstall it but instead of deleting the app on the home screen I deleted I pressed delete apps inside the profile which not only stopped trusting the app but deleted the profile. Now when I try to reinstall the app like I did before it doesn't automatically come with the profile which doesn't allow me to download the app anymore. So is there a way i can re trust the app or get the profile back after no longer trusting it?
